Otherwise, a surcharge of NZD 25 will apply for arrivals after check-in hours. Please note we do not refund if the road closure due to the weather condition. For your information, we provide a heater, e-blanket, and extra blanket at all our accommodations. However, Lake Tekapo is surrounded by Alpine mountains which will be extremely cold depending on the weather. We suggest you bring more layers when you are planning to visit Tekapo from April to October. Kindly noted that we are not able to cancel the booking due to natural disasters or road closures.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amazing place, highly recommend for a group."

What an amazing place. Very spacious rooms, the place was exceptionally clean and tidy with everything you would need for a stay. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and laundry. Blankets warmer were a nice touch. Check in was a breeze. I wish we could have stayed for more days.

Not a great view of the mountains as we stayed in one of the back unit.

"Our favourite stay in Lake Tekapo"

We stayed in the Three-Bedroom House B, which was the best stay during our trip to New Zealand in August 2024. The apartment was well-equipped and modern. Having a washing machine is a plus. Every room has its own bathroom, so we can rest and relax fully.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Bed linen n kitchenware are clean and new. Car park right in front of unit. Able to gaze stars middle of night from unit. No dryer buy clothes able to dry next morning with rack placed under the heat pump. Highly recommended.
