Cozy Riverfront Retreat

The setting was breathtaking! The kitchen is well stocked. The wood stove kept it cozy, and there was room for us all!

The hot tub was down. There were multiple comments in the guest book about the same issue. We were given a $200 refund because of this, which we appreciated.

Pleasantly surprised by the space! The rooms are much bigger than we anticipated. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The hot tub was nice and hot when we arrived and the view of the river was lovely. The hosts were exceptionally kind when we thought we may not be able to reach the property due to closed passes.

As some others have mentioned, the kitchen and a few other spaces could use a deep cleaning.

This beautiful home is spacious with three bedrooms and bathrooms, and well equipped with practical necessities plus extras like sound machines and board games. The woodstove and soft leather couches are perfect for relaxing in the family room, and the large windows immerse you in gorgeous scenery even if the weather keeps you in. With two comfortable king beds and a queen, we slept more soundly than we ever have on a family trip. Snow shovels and fire-building supplies are available, as are modern conveniences including Wi-Fi and Netflix. The owner and property manager responded quickly and kindly to our inquiries.

The only thing we didn’t like was leaving!

The style was cute and well loved. The beds were extremely comfortable Loved being by the river made it a winter wonderland.

It's a little bit farther from leavenworth then desribed.
