Could have been a little cleaner. Lots of pet hair on blankets still. Perhaps just a quick go through the drier between guests.

Not Much

We are a family of 5 and recently stayed at the property in Leavenworth, WA, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. The place feels like a relic from the 70s, and not in a charming way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a hassle. Finding the entrance was like navigating a labyrinth; it took us a good 15 minutes just to locate the driveway. Once we finally found the entrance, we were faced with another challenge: getting inside. The door code seemed to be more of a puzzle than a security measure. We must have punched it in at least 15 times before the door begrudgingly decided to grant us entry. The room downstairs was a joke. It was so small that it felt more like a closet than a livable space. And to add insult to injury, the sofa bed provided for our fifth guest promptly broke the moment someone sat on it. It's not like we were being rough with it; it just couldn't handle any use whatsoever. We ended up cramming five people into two king beds, which was far from ideal. To make matters worse, when we tried to reach out to the owner about the broken sofa, it took him ages to respond. And apparently, according to the cleaning lady we encountered the next morning, this issue had been reported to the owner two years ago! Talk about neglecting maintenance. Overall, this property reeks of cheapness and poor management. The lack of response from the owner when we requested a late checkout only added insult to injury. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.
