Wellstone Cottages - Honeysuckle

Awesome place, hidden away gem! Went to sleep with Tawny Owls calling in the background.

Double bed could do with some screws being tightened up, was a bit shaky.

Les was wonderful. the kids loved feeding the animals and collecting eggs with her

I loved the location I felt amazing as soon as arriving. The land is huge and beautiful. The cottage was clean could do with a bit or modernisation like new double bed but I slept good. Amazing welcome basket went down a great. The hot tub was amazing and a good bonus they could add another for more privacy as we shared but it was free a lot and we really enjoyed. The host was amazing and helped buy things Delma shop one evening as we fancied a pizza. Film working kitchen and all shampoos, towels ect left for use. The animals are an amazing touch the kids loved them. I would definitely go back as i didn’t want to leave. Loved the whole experience

Not a lot not to like. If I was picky the double bed was a bit noisy when moving and sitting. And if you want a take away no one will deliver as it’s quite out the way.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed and all home from home comforts. Hot tub was really appreciated and gorgeous views, waking up to see the alpacas everyday was really nice. Felt welcomed by the hosts and they left us a few goodies. All in all loved our stay.

The location itself was lovely and gave a real feeling of getting away from it all, but we would have liked more options for eating out in the surrounding area. Obviously that is not a criticism of the cottage as we loved it.
