Villa Tra Mare e Ulivi

Semplicemente tutto! Il profumo delizioso al nostro arrivo e la tranquillità della casa. Oriana, la nostra host, sempre disponibile e gentile, si è resa lei conto che avevamo versato più soldi del dovuto e pur tra mille peripezie ha fatto i salti mortali per restituirceli. Consigliato a chi ama guardare le stelle e desidera pace sentendo le onde infrangersi sugli scogli in lontananza

Ambiente tranquillo in zona perfetta per visitare le zone di interesse turistico. Vicino alle spiagge, immerso nel verde tra gli olivi, pace e tanto spazio. Possibilità di mangiare all aperto. Oriana disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Il massimo.

The house and garden are amazing. Also the location is great to explore this part of Sicily. You do need a car there.

Fantastic quiet location with amazing gardens and space. Oriana and co were super helpful and friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. We were quite spoilt as we were the only guests so had all the grounds to ourselves. The flat was nice and clean and well equipped.

The gate was a challenge! But luckily Mario next door stepped in to help. Also noticed Noto Marina is not good for swimming (and not a very photogenic seafront). Very minor points compared to the overall positive points of the villa.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Tra Mare e Ulivi for six days, and it exceeded our expectations. We had the downstairs part of the villa, which was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was very quiet, with a beautiful garden around, which we particularly enjoyed. Our host, Oriana, was extremely accommodating—she even arranged for an earlyer check-in and gave us lots of great tips on local beaches, places to visit, and restaurants/grocery shops. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we want to thank Oriana for her attention to detail and warm welcome.

Just a note: if you’re planning on spending time at the beach, you’ll need the car to reach the nicer ones, as those within walking distance aren’t as inviting.

L'accoglienza è stata meravigliosa, la villa pulita, impeccabile, non manca nulla di quello che serve. Il personale sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste durante il nostro soggiorno. Anche la posizione è strategica se si vogliono visitare le più importanti spiagge della zona.

Very comfortable apartment with beautiful garden. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Noticing we had arrived with our little daughter, they kindly provided us with a safety gate and some toys. They even assisted us when our pizza delivery driver got lost. We highly recommend this place!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und Oriana war auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts stets um uns bemüht, zuverlässig, flexibel und schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation hat über WhatsApp auch sprachlich gut funktioniert. Das Apartment war nett, der Garten des Apartments ruhig, viel Privatsphäre. Die Lage war gut, da man von hier aus viele schöne Ausflüge machen kann (von Syrakus bis Ragusa und Marzamemi, auch viele schöne Strände sind in 10-20 autominuten erreichbar). Ein netter Strand befindet sich ca 3 autominuten entfernt in Calibernardo.

Der kleine Spielplatz im Garten des Geländes war nicht zu verwenden, es gab kaum Schatten und die Plastikmöbel und Schaukeln waren voll Vogeldreck. Der nächste Meerzugang war zu felsig zum Schwimmen. Das Dörfchen wirkt etwas heruntergekommen. Am Dorfplatz wurde gerade mit Bauarbeiten begonnen - vl ist es nächstes Jahr etwas netter. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, da auch einkaufen und essen gehen nur mit Auto möglich sind. Abends/nachts lag öfter ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft, so dass wir nicht so gerne draußen gesessen sind.
