"Cant beat location however property needs Maintenace to warrant price of stay."

Location is always a winner here.

Money needs to be spent here on maintenance of the property. Prices were put up this year however nothing was seen to lift property. Lawns were not mowed, the dock is damaged posing risk to kids and boats. Plates cracked and cutlery needs a good review. Some Nails in the deck are exposed and one of the kids hurt their foot on them. Management is now trying to charge us an additional cleaning fee for leaving clean dishes in the dishwasher.
