Location and layout of the house.

The house seems over rented with several issues that, at the cost, were felt unacceptable.

Lovely location 2mins away from the beach. The main bedroom is huge. Located at walking distance from the Waterfront Arts Centre and a great café and some excellent restaurants.

Problems with security in Paternoster means you are advised to shut yourself in your house with doors and windows locked. No air conditioning except in the main bedroom makes this impossible. The house was not very clean and bins outside were not emptied and stank in the heat.

Spacious and very well equipped, great atmosphere and fantastic view. Very good value for money.

We liked everything

Nothing to mention

The house is enormous - four bedrooms, each with ensuite, and very large common spaces (indoor and outdoor) for games, cooking and hanging out. The views from the house are amazing and you can walk to the beach easily from the house. The office to collect the keys is right on the way to the location - it was very easy to stop in there. Parking is available for at least four cars - possibly more. Great for a stay of multiple families.

The Wifi was good, but doesn't manage to stretch to all rooms in the huge house. The alarm system was a bit complicated (though, of course, necessary) - it wasn't easy to tell if we'd switched it on correctly from within the house as the indicator lights are outside. But these are very minor issues within an excellent experience.

We were a group of 8 friends (4 couples), and we loved the location with the unobstructed view of the sea.It was great that each couple had their own en suite bedroom. The large dining table & indoor fireplace was perfect on those cold winter nights. We were lucky to have some sun & the outdoor patio was just right for our breakfasts. We had the most amazing weekend at Induku.

There was nothing that we did not like.
