Domaine Damouw

A fully equipped bungalow with all you need in a quiet location close to la Traversée Road. There's a secure private parking and a nice but small swimming pool. The bungalow has all necessary amenities for a long stay. The kitchen has all the tableware, crockery, cooking pans... There is also a nicely maintained garden with lots of orchids. The owners are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, there's no supermarket close by. The nearest one is at around 8 km from the bungalow.

Je recommande vivement le domaine Damouw! Nous avons logé dans la villa Siriz qui offre tout le confort souhaité : cuisine équipée, climatisation, machine à laver, 6 couchages. Situé à milieu de l'île, il est facile de visiter les 4 coins de l'île. Il est donc indispensable de louer une voiture. La résidence offre un jardin botanique riche en diversité que vous pourrez visitez qui est parfaitement entretenu par les propriétaires mais également une piscine et un jacuzzi. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur humaine. Ils nous ont partagé leur passion pour la Guadeloupe en nous conseillant sur les lieux incontournables à visiter. Je tiens à les remercier pour leur sourire leur gentillesse et leur confiance accordée. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce lieux incroyable.

Un véritable havre de paix au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante, très bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l’île. Calme, beau, propre, confortable! La piscine pour se délasser en fin de journée, très appréciable! Un petit chemin permet de descendre à la rivière, à la fraîche. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse absolue, de très bon conseil et ont été présents lors du grand black out qui a eu lieu pendant notre séjour et qui du coup, malgré une nuit un peu compliquée sans clim, n’est resté qu’un vague souvenir sur l’ensemble de notre séjour merveilleux! Adressé à retenir, nous y reviendrons, c’est sur!

Nous sommes restés une semaine au Domaine Damouw en Guadeloupe et ce fut le plus bel accueil possible par les propriétaires! Visite du site et un jus de bienvenue! Ils sont sympathiques, drôle et disponibles pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable ! Nous étions dans le Nid Damouw, la petite villa pour deux situer en bas de la propriété et c’était parfait et intime! Une vraie immersion dans un jardin et jungle ! merciiii

Nothing, everything was amazing.

The hosts were wonderful, welcoming and cooked the most scrumptious food - healthy and tasty. We loved the bfasts and dinners. The hosts Lorrie and Gladys treated us like long awaited family guests. The apartment was spotless and very modern and comfortable. The washing machine was a bonus as we had just come off a sailing boat and needed it! The hot tubs were so nice to relax in. I would give this facility 5+/5 and would love to return. Indeed we added a couple of nights stay there while we were in Guadeloupe.

really nothing - driving around Guadeloupe is challenging but we got use to it! would not recommend driving at night if you are a nervous driver. Roads are narrow and winding.

I loved everything about my stay at Domaine Damouw.very clean,quiet vacation home with everything away from home..the owners are very welcoming. on my first day i was welcome with t.punch 😋 we spoke are little bit then I was showed around. the bedroom is very spacious, am what you called *OCD) not for once I felt the needs of something was not clean ETC! my only suggestion if you coming from pointe-a-pitre and on vacation book a car rental because of the distance besides when you ready to book your airbnb don't give it a second thought you will not have any regrets... just do and thank me later.

there was not anything I didn't like about the airbnb matter of fact I felt sad the day i was leaving. my one suggestion for the owner get a mirror for the bedroom..thanks for making my vacation relaxing with your beautiful air baby and thanks for making me and the rest of my family feel welcome 🙏
