I was collected from the Port by the host, Alex I have been visiting Piso Livadi for 38 years and in all that time it has retained its beauty, charm and is authentically Greek. There are many restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches and genuine people. It is family friendly but also great for a solo traveller. It is a truly wonderful place to spend your holiday. The property is comfortable and stylish, has everything you need in the kitchen and has fantastic views from the large balcony. The garden has two sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a kayak for the beach.

Not a negative but the property is on a hill so you will need to climb stairs to gain access.

Good location near the beach. Well equipped kitchen, . Good sized kitchen/lounge, bedrooms, great balcony with superb views. Smart TV. Provision of salt, pepper, olive oil. . Toiletries.

Very very noisy from disco in town to 3:30 am . On Friday and Saturday night. Might be every night in high season? We looked longingly at next doors sun beds . Please provide. Access was fine for us but is very steep. Could be a problem for some people.

The house was overall good for our stay, beautiful, ample kitchen, two rooms, AC in each floor. The garden is a nice bonus. Everything needed for cooking already in the house, and some games for kids as well. Piso Livadi is a sweet little town with a beach sheltered from the winds. 5min walk from the beach. Private parking spot. Very quiet area.

We wanted to spend time in the garden however the outdoor pillows are very small compared to the ones on the pictures that look big and comfortable. Those provided were much smaller and on the grass and dirt - not very clean. The hot shower system is not the most practical one, although it does work 100%. Wifi was very poor so we used 4G which was okay. Overall the cons of this house are quite small compared to its benefits though.
