Het huis heeft veel faciliteiten; fijne keuken, wasmachine, airco, wifi, etc. Er was een goede kinderstoel en een babybedje beschikbaar. Giorgio en de eigenaar zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was een leuk welkomstpakket.

Het tweepersoonsbed zou wat beter mogen, het matras is zacht. Wij houden van een steviger matras.

Das Ferienhaus war genau so, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Durch die ausgezeichneten Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten (elektrische Rolladen) war die Temperatur im Haus auch zum Schlafen angenehm, ohne die Klimaanlage in Anspruch nehmen zu müssen. Die Lage ist ruhig und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die perfekte Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Hausbesitzer, die eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung für ein besonderes Problem ermöglichten (Anbau einer Rollstuhlrampe zur Überwindung von zwei Stufen am Eingang.) Very close to the beach, nicely and modern furnished, white goods are more than fine. Fast and easy check in and out and we got a free late check out, which was great!

The silverware/cutlery is quite limited: very few plates, forks, no bigger/sharper knife. Beds are quite hard and the area around is very desolate: there is trash everywhere - construction waste, old furniture just laying on the fields and streets around. There are even 2 broken cars - car graveyard? - just opposite the house.

Nous avons apprécié la maison neuve, la propreté , la réactivité du propriétaire et la proximité de la plage.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'environnement proche de la maison, l'absence de micro-onde et la présence d'un voisin bruyant la nuit.

Struttura nuovissima, curata e molto pulita. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ed efficientissimo. Il giardino è meraviglioso. Mare stupendo a 5 minuti a piedi.

La villa è perfetta. Solo la posizione un po’ isolata ma comunque vicinissima al mare e ai servizi (supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti).

Domek jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niczego w nim nie brakowało,

Łóżka są bardzo twarde, myślę że materace dostosowane są dla osób o wadze powyżej 100kg. Osoby szczupłe i dzieci czują się jak by leżały na deskach.

 L’extérieur est agréable, avec des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et des stores qui permettent de bien obscurcir les pièces. La plage est accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Le jacuzzi ne disposait que de petites buses à faible pression, et nous avons découvert sur place qu’il ne chauffait pas. Nous avions choisi cette maison principalement pour le jacuzzi ; sans cela, nous aurions opté pour un autre hébergement.  

Nice house newly decorated and furnished. Beautiful garden and terrace. Close to beach just 5 min walking distance. Kitchenware were sufficient. Welcome wine and cookies were awesome. Adonis is a great owner. RH Property Management Company has great service, reachable and helpful all the time.

Not a big deal but washing machine would be great. The bed was not as comfy as we like to be

Our family had a really great time staying here. The host is really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The villa was really well equipped and decorated. It was close to the beach and some nice restaurants. Definitely recommend booking!
