Alion House

I stayed with a family in Alion House and liked everything about this accommodation. Alion House is the best place on Booking I have ever stayed! Mrs. Antonia and Mr. Nikos were excellent hosts: they welcomed us during check-in, provided detailed instructions about amenities in the apartment, and were proactive and extremely helpful. Also, they were very generous in providing the food in the fridge (eggs, soft drinks, fruits, wine, bakery food, etc.) before our check-in so we could have lunch after a long trip to Rhodes. The house was big enough for five of us, very modern, the cleanest I have stayed in, well-equipped, and comfortable! The house is 1 minute from the Acropolis with a beautiful sunset viewpoint and 10-15 minutes from the historic center/beach. Thank you, Antonia and Nikos, for making our stay so enjoyable! I give your property the highest recommendation and would love to return again!

The property was perfect!

We stayed at Alion house for almost 10 days and it was exceptional - beautiful, cozy, clean, everything there made thoughtfully with attention to details and all this made our stay so wonderful. Apartment is quite big, has enough space for family, also house full of devices that we needed, like iron, air dryer, fridge, coffee machine and even washing machine and dishwasher that we didn’t use, also we were provided a lot of towels (special thank you!). Great hosts even loaded products, wine, water to the fridge so that we had something to eat if we want, this was so vital at the first evening when we arrived and surprised in a very pleasant way. Location was great, it’s close to the Ancient theatre, Acropolis and wonderful view point from the hill. Also we could go to the both sides of island to swim (it’s about 20 min to the beach at any side).

Everything was great! From time to time it was noisy a little bit (sounds from motorbikes on the street and rarely from the bar when people watched football), but noise was easy to eliminate by closing the window (and using air conditioner if needed). So this isn’t the issue.

Our stay was great, the apartment is perfect, very spacious, exceptionally clean. The kitchen is equipped, the hosts left us eggs, soft drinks and fruit. We had such a good vacation

This is my favourite place to stay every summer! The property is centrally located, a short walking distance (15 minutes) to the old town where all the traditional restaurants are located, a short walk to the new town with all the modern shops and buses are for travel around the island. Mandraki harbour and the closest beach (Eli & Nor) are only 25 minutes away by walking. In a taxi or car this is all less than 5 minutes away. There is on street parking and a free car park opposite. There is a local pharmacy and local super markets walking distance too. The property is in a quiet, safe and modern area. Highly recommend this location if you want to stay near rhodes town. The property is brand new, everything is provided, even wine, honey and fruit when you arrive. The property is the cleanest I have stayed in, very modern and has everything you need. This is my second time staying at the accommodation and every time, I love it. Towels, coffee machine, laundry, toilet roll, washing detergent, shampoo and toiletries all provided. However, you will need to bring your own beach towels! Regarding sleeping arrangements, there are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the large lounge. Great for a group, also many places to relax and sit, on the two balconies! The hosts are responsive and extremely kind. If you need anything they are available. They provide instructions on how to use everything and local taxi numbers. I will be staying here again. If you want to book, I would say go for it, it’s the perfect apartment for a family or group to stay in rhodes!

Nikos welcomed us very well and explained every detail one by one with an great hospitality The house was very tastefully furnished and every detail was thought out.It was one of best house we have ever stayed in vacation. The location of the house was very good, near the old town and could reach everywhere easily by walking. Thank you very much Nikos 😀

We stayed at Alison House from 24th July to 3th August 2023. Could not have picked a better location and accomodation. Three families stayed there and the house conditions were amazing. The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable mattresses, recently renovated and has good air conditioning; big fridge, espresso machine, iron, it basically have everything you think of and more. Lovely rooms, spacious and high, decorated with taste and the house, in general, very big and so cozy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The accommodation is in a very good location, in a quiet little street, close to the old town and the beach. Warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome. Mrs. Antonia and Mr. Nikos were excellent hosts, they offered us everything we needed and even more and were always there to help us ! Nikos and Antonia, thank you very much for a such perfect house and for being the way you are ! Our vacation was unforgetable !

The house was wonderful, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. The rooms were very spacy, and the house in general very big and so cozy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The house is around 10 mins from the old town. Both the hosts were so nice, so well spoken and willing to help with everything. Recommend this place 100%.

the house was amazing. Niko and his wife welcomed us together. They were very polite and helpful. We stayed as two families and house conditions were amazing. Also the location is great as you can walk to old town in 10 minutes.

If house would have 2 toilets that would be great.

The house was amazing I stayed with my girlfriend for 5 days and we felt like we were at home! Mrs. Antonia and Mr. Nikos were excellent hosts, they provided us with everything above and beyond and were always there to help us! They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable mattresses, recently renovated and has good air conditioning. Big fridge, espresso machine, iron it basically have everything you think of and more Really good location a short walking distance to the center of Rhodes, the old town, and right next to the acropolis of Rhodes, close to Local stores and grocery stores witch you do not find inside Rhodes city center. It’s also really quiet place in the evening/night This is the best place I have ever stayed and would really recommend it.
