Beautiful little house with comfortable and well designed interior in a fabulous little village (very friendly neighbours!!)

It’s a very small point but it would greatly benefit from an oven or at least a grill

Entorno natural

Very quiet place and and the furnishing of the property has been given a great deal of attention with various nice touches. Excellent restaurant nearby.

It is rustic, well refurbished house . With Heat Pump and udnderfloor heating. Location very quiet in small village but has nice restaurant. Property is approx. 15 min driving from Ribadesella. Close to the mountains and ocean but need a car to be fully experience. Closest beaches: La Beciella, Playa de la Isla, Playa de La Espasa Playa de Berbes and few Playas in Ribadesella. Closest town Ribadesella, Arriondas, Cangas de Onis. About 1h drive to Picos de Europa National Park and also to Ruta del Cares. 35min to Covadonga. There is Sanctuary of Covadonga and also buses to Covadonga Lakes. 10min drive to nice Mirador del Fitu with beautiful view on the mountains and ocean. We didn't met a host personally but had very good contact with Nieves. She was answering on any questions quickly. House is very clean and tidy. All you need is there with whole facilities you need. For 3 people was perfect. Outside is small but nice terrace with tables and chairs. WIFI very good. Asturias is very beautifully for active people. It is full of tastes. But is not for people which like lie on the beach mainly and I hope it will stay like that. We were there in June and temperature was between 17-21C but no wind which feels nice. You can expect rain often like it is in mountains.

Only one disadvantage is access to the front of property. Available parking space for one car only. So have to be carefully and there is no chance parking with bigger car. We had a Dacia Duster and that's was ok but bigger car with a problem or van no chance parking.
