The sofa in living room was very comfortable and so was the master bedroom mattress.

The hot tub was not serviced and was unable to be operated on the day of my stay. I was really looking forward to being able to use it and relax after a long day of work.

Nice house, comfortable beds.

Everything was a perfect as it said it was. Also. my family and I traveled 20 hours and it was hard to pinpoint the actual travel time. We ended up getting there early and were completely exhausted. The family was nice enough to allow us early entry so we could stretch and rest. Which was greatly greatly appreciated after such a long stressful ride. Also, it was super close to Lackland which was absolutely perfect

The hot tub jets didn't work properly but no big deal. And simple things like trash bags would have been awesome. There was no streaming apps readily available unless you have subscriptions yourself. And the boys couldnt play Xbox becasuse of the lag in wifi. Those are just little things. It was still perfect!

The house was great. Comfortable and clean with a nice relaxing back yard. Accommodating and responsive host.

The backyard was wonderful, easy to use the hot tub, cute decor and activities, it made relaxing very easy. The neighborhood was also very nice and quite.

The property was perfectly located.. Nice space and affordable quiet neighborhood… All we needed for the time we spent in Texas!!! great will go back at any time

We booked this property for what was meant to be a meaningful trip to visit my sick father, but we couldn’t even stay due to how unsafe and unsanitary the home was. The back door didn’t lock, the handle was broken, and the floors had severe water damage—likely with mold underneath. Many of the floorboards were loose and posed a serious tripping hazard. The kitchen light was broken, the faucet leaked constantly, and bees swarmed the patio, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space. The bed sheets were soaking wet when we arrived—one even had a visible poop stain. We tried to be patient, but it took over two hours for someone to bring new sheets, and by then the mattresses were still damp and unusable. The ice maker dispenser didn’t work either. Several amenities, including the TVs and blinds, were also nonfunctional, and the front step was dangerously uneven. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser hardware was under the sink and almost banded my foot. Booking.com acknowledged the issues and promised a full refund, but we are still waiting for it. What should have been a peaceful and healing family visit turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal.
