Ideal for our overnight ,great location and a nice comfortable place overall. Would recommend.

If I was to be picky, the only minor negative was the sofa bed wasn't comfy. All great apart from that.

"Beautiful accommodation"

The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We had everything we needed. The outside area was a lovely surprise. Due to the weather we were unable to sit out but this would make a lovely private area to sit in when the weather allows. The communication with the owners was quick and really helpful. I'd highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

"Lovely Little Stay"

The house may only be small but it is very well presented and clean..You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making the property so comfortable. The welcome pack of bread and milk plus other cupboard items was a lovely extra. Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh as the train station is only half a mile away and it only cost £7.50 return,rather than the expensive parking tariffs in Edinburgh .

Nothing at all .. Property was perfect for our stay
