Spotlessly clean - option of toast and coffee was much appreciated. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Dunfermline in future if this was available

absolutely everything. the property is stunning and so clean. there’s everything you could ever need and more. We can’t wait to go back. The owners John and Andrea are lovely. They are so helpful and accommodating. They seriously have thought of everything. 😀😀😀

the property was very close to Edinburgh so was nice to visit there and also close to our main destination we came for. also very cosy and the interior was lovely and very clean. was very happy with our stay here and would recommend.

one of us was a little to big for the sofa bed 😂
