"Comfortable, clean, great location."

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The town is minutes away yet the property is in a very quiet area. Couldn't fault it, we hope to return at some point.

Easy access to the beautiful town of Framlingham, in a quiet location on the edge of town with footpath walks on the doorstep. The property is very well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean.

Reviews gave Potters Brook a very high score. We agree in every way. We really enjoyed the attention to detail in the decor. A very lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the town of Framlingham including the castle.

Bathroom had a small drainage problem with the shower. It was fixed the same day. A bit out in the country if you want a place close to the main towns or beach.

"Fantastic stay in much loved Framlingham"

Really lovely and spacious flat that had everything we needed. It was handy that there was parking on site and self check in and out. Great location with only a 10 min walk to the centre of town. Clare checked in with us to see if we had everything we needed.

The only downside was that the beds were a little small, so we ended up sleeping in separate rooms!

We really enjoyed our stay at Potters Brook in Framlingham. The property was very comfortable and it had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bedroom was lovely with a super comfy bed. The property is in a very quiet location within easy distance of the town. We even had a Christmas tree in the conservatory which was an extra special touch.

Don't think there was anything that we didn't like and it felt like home from home.

"Perfect for a small family"

Lovely place with peaceful vibes. The decor is neutral but warm and welcoming. It never feels like someone else’s home, and that’s a huge bonus for me. Clare is a thoughtful and highly effective host. Will return.
