"Perfect getaway in the mountains."

Loved the location, the cabin was very clean and that made it easy to relax. It was perfect for our family to celebrate our son’s birthday weekend.

The beds and parking. Loved they were king beds but they were squeaky and harder than I would prefer BUT it would not stop me from booking this property again.

Very clean and comfortable. It was awesome we seen a mama bear and cubs 20 min after we got there and at least 2 more bears during the week. House is beautiful and beds very comfortable. We had a great time.

We loved the cabin. it was very comfortable.

Way to many bears, couldn't go outside. I was caught in the hot tub with one of the biggest bears I've ever seen came right up to me. Then came to cabin with pizza for dinner, stuck in car because of three bears at the car. Little scary.

Overpriced for one night. Was unable to sleep, due to upstairs bedroom was hot the entire night. It did have vent for AC but needed more or better system to be able to cool the upstairs. Not handicapped cabin. The driveway is so steep, it will tear vehicle up if you have much luggage weighing it down.

The location was beautiful and the the house was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone and will plan to stay again soon. The process from booking to leaving was smooth and we had no issues. If you plan to stay in Tennessee check out the Kozy Bear Cabin. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The ONLY thing I was concerned about is we could not locate the bear proof trash can to put out bag of trash in. Other than that we had a perfect stay.
