"Amazing stay - will be back again"

Wow - what can I say? This house is a steal for the price. You will feel like you’re staying at a luxury hotel without the hassle of fellow travelers! I honestly can’t say enough about our stay - it was perfect for our summer vacation.

I would say that it was hot since the bedrooms get the afternoon sun and there aren’t ceiling fans. The owner has portable fans to supplement the amazing a/c unit. It does get very cold in the living room though!

It’s a nice little house. My daughter likes the swing in the tree and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves.

"Adorable, comfortable house in good location"

It was in a safe, nice neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and updated. Many extra amenities. Great backyard with games. Comfortable beds.

We liked everything, but it could use an egg flipper; anything with a lid to put things in the fridge; even foil or cling wrap. FYI-There’s no dishwasher, but that’s appropriate for this house/age/layout.

Such a cute, well equipped home! So clean and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient. The hosts were wonderful in communicating with us. We would definitely recommend this home and will return!

This was an adorable house with close proximity to Bath House Row and Garvan Gardens.

The shutters did not keep out the light in the morning. By 6:00 AM the bedrooms were full of light.

Everything - an exceptional house, in a really nice area of Hot Springs, with attentive hosts. The photos on the site do not do it justice. It was a major plus on our stay.

"Charming house in a nice location."

Charming house. Well maintained. Location was great.

The bathroom needs an update incl. the replacement of the "kid's toilet" and a shower. The matress were ok but not comfy.
