"a perfect place you don't want to leave"

the location is absolutely perfect! the best you can look for! The house located just in front of the beautiful sea in lovely village Kato Gatzea. The calm and lovely beach just a few steps away. The host is super nice and helpful, and in the house you can find whatever you need! even a bottle of wine and local cookies :) we had a wonderful days here, defiantly recommended!!!

"Perfect Stay At Kato Gazea"

Amazing stone house in front of the sea in the beautiful Kato Gazea. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. The interior in clean, well designed and very comfortable. Just perfect.

"Wonderful stay for total relaxation"

Sometimes, while traveling, you discover 💎 gems. Yard of Epicurus is such a gem, or you may even call it a little paradise ✨️. The house itself is very beautiful renovated and outside you can choose: you want to relax and read your book in the hammock in the lush courtyard, or drink your coffee ☕️ on the bench in front of the house, or watch sunsets 🌅 at the seaside. We all did it, loved it, and in between we swum and saw lots of fish in the clear blue 🌊 . Make sure you book this house at the end of your trip as this will be the best of your holiday experience. Thanks to Anna, daughter of the house, and Effi for their good travel advice in the region and their kindness and hopefully one day we can come back!

There is nothing to dislike.

"A house with private garden and beach"

The location is perfect for leisure: beautiful garden and the proximity of the very clean sea. The house is 100 years old, with very thick stone walls, but the interior is modern. It's nice to have your own beach which is never crowded. Jorgos and Magda are wonderful hosts. If you are looking for a "real beach" - the nearby campsite Sikia (100m) is clean and has deep shade. Kato Gazea is a very quiet place, not crowded and has several nice restaurants and a beach.

The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres away and opens at 9:15 am.

"Most amazing apartment directly next to the sea"

It was definitely one of the most beautiful and best equipped apartments we ever stayed in! Perfect location directly next to the sea! Amazing architecture and very comfortable :)

"Perfect!"

It was the best place we could wish for! Inside and outside! It is right in front of the sea, we enjoyed to sit on the bench and drink our coffee in the morning and play with the cats. The house has everything you need and can think of (finally a place with enough hooks to hang clothes 🤩) The host, Jorgos, is there when you need something and communication is more then easy. We can’t recommend this place enough!
