Ritsa House

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, it had everything we could have wished for. Directly opposite the beautiful sea and very close to the restaurants and shops. We loved every minute of our stay!

The location was excellent being close to the restaurants and shops and being opposite the water . Amazing sunrises and sunsets across the bay There was a good amount of room and you had outside areas to sit and watch the sunsets . Bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and lots of towels and toilet paper provided The property has a washing machine which is a great if you are staying fir a while and want to minimise in luggage

Beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept on no restful nights Only one TV remote worked Unannounced cleaning everyday just came in with a key without knocking Kitchen equipment basic with broken saucepan handle , no chopping board , omelette pan rather than frying pan and no off floor cupboard to put food in. Could have done with a basic cafetière rather than pod machine. Seat cushion and outdoor cushions very stained and old - in a hot country easy to wash and dry these or to have a second set between rentals Kitchen let the property down.

Perfect location! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for our family of four. Lovely beach right opposite, restaurants 1 minute walk away. The house was cleaned everyday and beds made while we were at the beach, fresh towels and sheets every other day, the hosts were very caring and easy to contact. Great air-conditioning, front and back patios, great sea views, good hot water shower and fast WiFi. I'm so glad we picked Ritsa house, I cant imagine better accommodation in Ayia Evfimia

We stayed 3 nights. The house had everything we needed. Good kitchen. Great outdoor areas to sit and relax. Great view from the front balcony.

The only issue we had was that the bed was a bit too hard.

The location is just stunning people are welcoming are very cheerful. Lot's of beautiful places near by also to explore. I chose this place as it was litreally a few feet from the sea and the sun rising in the morning was just spectacular to see. The host was personable and kind and onlu too happy to be of assistance when ever we required it. This place is a little diamond of a find and I have a plan to return soon perfect for a small family or a couple's break. Everything you need is on your doorstep so to speak. Great food and various places to dine or just grab a drink and watch the world go by.

We have no complaints at all.

The location was absolutely incredible. Every morning we swam in the sea (just steps from the front door) with sunrise. Lots of places to eat nearby too and great boat rental.

Excellent location, next to town and in front of a nice small beach! If you love to swim, you will love this place!

I think the kitchen is a bit old and takes forever to heat up. Could do with a new one. The towels were a bit harsh as well, but everything else was great!!

The most amazing house two seconds from the most beautiful cove. Lovely small village with nice restauraunts. A fabulous start to our holidays. Thank you so much.
