Minnies Mountain Lake House

Property was very private and well taken care of. Supplied a lot of amenities for the stay. House was very beautiful and cozy.

We had a great time. We loved all the little extra’s the home owners stocked the house with for us. They made up the cutest lake bag, stocked with floats, sunscreen , bug spray, repellent bracelets for the kids, lots of beach towels and so much more. A stocked s’mores bar and lots of choices on the coffee pods and creamers. Just so many little things they added to make our stay so much more enjoyable. It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, close to the lake with a ramp for your boat if you bring one. Lots of parking space and room to run around for kids. We brought our little puppy and the owner was so sweet to him. The internet had been knocked out by a storm right before we arrived and the owners were there the first day fixing that and making sure it worked for us. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Nothing it was great.

The cabin is snuggled in the Tennessee forest overlooking miles of rolling countryside that form the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. The morning fog from a nearby lake gently twirls through the trees to the horizon surrounding the cabin's spacious lawn and landscape that blend in harmony with the mountainous atmosphere. Sipping on a fresh cup of coffee provided by the host gave me a "forget about the world" feeling long enough to recharge my batteries and renew my vigor for the hustle and bustle of normalcy. A locked front gate adorns the entry to the property and provides an atmosphere of security and protection, allowing one to relax and benefit from the secluded property. All of this and more are just a few miles from civilization and Domino's Pizza.

It was beautiful scenery! The property is gorgeous both inside and out. Calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The coffee bar was a great touch. The animal cups were so adorable. Same with the S'mores bar, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. My family and I only stayed 1 night on the way back home to Ohio. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future and explore more!

Nothing that was a deal breaker. My husband mentioned TVs in the other rooms would be nice, but that didn't bother me. The outside lights were very bright by the hot tub (probably for safety), which unfortunately attracts bugs. The hot tub felt nice after a long day, but it was a bit harder to enjoy due to the bright light.

Our family of 9 had a great time! The cabin was nice and clean and very well stocked! We loved the outdoor fire pit and the comfy outdoor furniture. It really had everything we could have wanted.
