Place was central and facilities adequate. House was clean.

Some odd leaks but nothing horrible. Central heating was only functional during the night. Could be useful for it to work also during the day.

The kitchen was big and spacious.

The house was dated, beer cans left outside the conservatory doors. The conservatory was dated and cold. The tv in the bedroom was just for show.Bulbs out in lamps..not worth the money.
