The staff booked us in a wing where we wouldn’t bother other guests so we loved having that part to ourselves

Central location and sufficient rooms for a family.

The house wasn't clean, smelled mouldy, kitchen was poorly fitted and there was random waste and cleaning agents in the outside parking area.

"it was the most uncomfortable stay for me"

the host was welcoming and communicated throughout

the place was dirty everywhere including linen, its close to Capello and so it wasn't so quiet at night.
