JUST BLUE with amazing Sea Views in Piso Livadi

Beautifully located and amazing view, windprotected!, even off-seasonal a good place to stay (Supermarket, Coffeeshop, Snackbars open all year), nice beaches in walking distance

The apartment was well appointed and nicely decorated. Patio and balcony were lovely. Views were fantastic. The location was great.

The washer was labeled in Greek but we found an online translation for the specific machine. We also went online to figure out how to operate other small appliances. Maybe the host could provide translations for operating appliances in several languages. Hosts didn’t respond to questions for a couple of days.

The view from the property is amazing & great to sit on the veranda & watch the sunrise & the village slowly come awake each morning. Piso Lavadi(PL) is a lovely location & great beaches are easily accessible from here. Favourite being Golden Beach (less than 10 mins by bus, loungers 10 euro per person further along the beach); Punda Beach is set in a lovely cove & walkable from PL (but expensive to hire a sun lounger - 20 euros per person in the back rows, 30 euros in the front row. Needless to say the loungers lay empty as people just used their towels). Logaras Beach is closest to PL and fairly lively throughout the day. You can take boat trips to neighbouring islands or go from Naoussa to Delos (vast ancient archaeological site - well worth it) and/or Mykonos. You can easily takes buses to most destinations around the island. One beautiful village is Lefkes where you can take the old Byzantine Road walk heading back towards PL

The location of the property is great for the views but it's on a steep hill which is easily accessible by car but if on foot, there are numerous steps or uneven/broken paths to reach the village or beaches nearby. The downstairs patio area had a constant trickle of water running down it from a leaky water tap at the side of the house causing it to stain the ground & it was a bit messy with the falling leaves etc. Not idea place to sit in due to this. The place was overall clean but is looking worn & could do with a refresh with some of the furnishing being replaced (cigarette burns on sofa, some of the arms were loose on the chairs on the veranda) & the bathroom upgraded.. The freezer was unclean with spillage (maybe an oversight from previous tenants). Overall, the stay at Just Blue was fine but not value for money when comparing it to other similar accommodation we stayed at on other islands

Loved everything about it! The view was priceless! Location was perfect for us, has its own parking space which was good coz we rented an ATV for a few days but theres a public parking 2 mins walk from the apartment. Bed was very comfy, aircondition in every room. Smart TV, wifi was great. Bathroom was good size, shower was good - water heats up very fast when you need it.l but probably not wd the hot weather :p Shops and beach within walking distance, you can actually see everything from your bug balcony. Did not eat one bad food from the many restaurants, cafe and bar nearby and we tried all of it :) No complains. We are already thinking of coming back and recommending this apartment to people we know if ever they visit.

Nothing. It was perfect for us!

The location to the chilled out Piso Lavadi - 3 beaches within a ten minute walk - with a choice of good quality restaurants within a stones throw. The view from the balcony was superb. A great base for exploring the wonderful island of Paros.

All good - they could lose some of the decoration around the place but that’s personal opinion

The most gorgeous view and a 5min walk to a beautiful beach and great restaurants. What a relaxing place, we had a wonderful stay.
