"Tranquilidad y Paz"

Buen espacio en salón/comedor. Tiene 2 aseos y el porche delantero con bbq.

Las habitaciones son algo estrechas. La cafetera de cápsulas no funcionaba, no tiene YouTube en la tv y tampoco había fregona.

"Excremento de rata"

La ubicación es buena y puedes aparcar fuera. La casa es grande.

Entre el baño de la planta de abajo y la cocina hay un falso techo, allí vive una rata que oyes correr todo el tiempo. El olor a excremento de rata es muy fuerte. Los muebles y la casa en general están muy destrozados.

Excellent location and spacious, well provisioned apartment.

The apartment is in need of some TLC (painting, curtains needing repair etc). Ground floor toilet smells but that is probably due to the infrastructure.

"Bien ubicado pero con falta de mantenimiento y modernización"

La ubicación

Estaba sucio, había muchas dobles alturas, el baño de la planta baja desprendía muy mal olor, la barbacoa y terraza muy sucia y no pudimos usarla. Fuimos con una bebé y los interruptores estaban sueltos
