"Lovely place to stay"

The house is exactly what you see in the pictures and even better. Has been renovate with great taste for details and many ornaments and ceramics are original. Despite of this the house is extremely comfortable and functional. The kitchen is well equipped, all the rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Located in the center of the Casco Viejo, The beach and promenade are 2 minutes walking... What to say more? The only problem was that I would like to stay more days but definitely I will come back in Villajoyosa and in casa Palacio

Het authentieke karakter... Direct aan het strand... De grote kamers en fijne bedden.. De fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. De vele handdoeken die je per persoon kreeg...

Het mocht iets properder zijn (vooral keuken,frigo,bestek) maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen.

La limpieza y lo agradable de la decoración de los espacios. Lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina. El buen funcionamiento de la calefacción y el agua caliente.

La incomodidad de tener que subir dos plantas para ir al baño!

Staying here is a chance to experience authentic Spanish life in an unbeatable location. The house is super cute in its narrowness and multiple staircases, and has been recently renovated to a high standard. It's steps from a great sandy beach and fantastic restaurants.

There was quite a lot of renovations going on so some mornings we woke up to construction noise.

"Lokaal maar comfortabel"

De charme en comfort van het huis midden tussen de ‘luidruchtige’ locals. Maar dat zorgde juist voor een hele authentieke belevenis. Daarnaast een fijne communicatie met de gastvrouw Dunia overzee, die ons steeds van de gevraagde informatie voorzag! Als we weer eens in dit heerlijke dorp Villa Joiosa terugkomen dan weer heel graag in dit paleisje!

Die Lage war top. In einer Minute am Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns für die kostenpflichtige Parkgarage am Strand für EUR 20 pro Tag entschieden, weil es uns zu unsicher war, ob der Parkplatz tatsächlich kostenlos und auch sicher ist. Das Haus ist wirklich einmal etwas besonderes! Die vielen Treppen und 4. Stöcke sind außergewöhnlich. Ja der Lärm der Nachbarn ist bis tief in die Nacht zu hören, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Bei der Sauberkeit hätte die Unterkunft aber für uns auf jeden Fall noch Raum nach oben. Kameras stören uns auch, auch wenn sie lt. Besitzer ausgeschaltet sind.
