Nice location only few min walk to the beach and short drives to many alternative beaches. House had a small pool and outdoor large teresse where we had breakfast and relaxed after snorkeling and hiking.

Beautiful private spacious and clean home with practically private pool and just a few minutes from pristine beach. It is so much better than photos :) we loved it, the home was well equipped and clearly well invested property. We had neighbours staying downstairs but barely heard or saw them. Perfect home for exploring south Sardinia

Nothing except it would be challenging to navigate without having a car as there are no shops etc around

"Attention!!"

ATTENTION: according to the owner's description we booked an independent house - a villa - but we only got a first floor apartment in a house. In the same house, above us, there were other guests and we heard them talking and walking all the time. So the whole description is completely wrong. In our apartment (NOT an independent HOUSE as we expected) the ceiling height was too low and the floor in the basement was very cold. Also, the mattress of the bed was completely broken. We reported all these major flaws to the owner and left the apartment immediately after one night. (we had booked 2 nights) we spoke to the owner on the first night about the problems but received no response. The next day we informed him that we were leaving the apartment and wanted our money back but he gave us nothing.

"nice big villa close to the sea"

nice garden, with a small swimming pool. ground floor had a hammock and inside was very spacious. Well located, but you need a car to get there

inside of the house is pretty basic, could have been very lovely if there were decoration details.
