Deposits been taken for granted owner charging ridiculously 1800 to replace a lock insane oh not to mention the smoke residue which no smoking were done just a plain skillfull way of taking people's deposits Wack, your house is beautiful but ur greed for extra cash is ugly

"Well resourced, spacious house in beautiful location."

Loved the upstairs entertaining /kitchen/dining area. Enclosed balcony with braai was great with fantastic views. Everything you could want in the kitchen (apart from a veg peeler!) enjoyed all the books and magazines . Decorated beautifully. Loads of towels. We each had our own bathroom. Great location close to shops and beach.

Could have done with some electric fans as we were hot in the rooms at night.

It’s the perfect location for a group of friends or a big family to enjoy Pringle Bay. The rooms are really comfortable. Living room, kitchen and the terrace leave no open wishes. And the owner is such a lovely and helpful person. It’s a shame we haven’t met in person. I can highly recommend this house!!!
