Samia Seavilla Pythagorio

Location is perfect. Every spot to discover and attractions are at walking distance. Thanks to Lia, it was a great experience. Just book the property and get to Pythagorion. For the rest, you’re perfectly guided by the host. Every detail is very well designed. Property is at highly good condition and very well maintained. Clean, cozy, spacious. Great option for families

100 feet or so from the water front where all the taverns and cafes are located. There is no real view of the Aegean but we only slept and crashed in the house. The house has three floors. Each bedroom has a balcony. There was 6 of us for six nights. If I ever go back to Samos I will try to stay at Samia again, it felt like home.

There is no way to keep all the water in the shower, it’s going to get on the floor.

Ideally located, walking distance of restaurants, water front, shops. Home is lovely, very clean, spacious, delightful courtyard and small upstairs balcony, well equipped kitchen

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like

I stayed there with my family, we were four adults and one child. Host has been very friendly since I made the reservation. House exceeded our expectations, it was decorated very well, location was great as being just two streets above the shore. It will be my very first place to check if it is available for my possible trips to Samos!

We loved everything in the house. More beautiful than photos, has a spirit, feels like in your home. You may find everything you need even a dry shampoo which was very surprising.Lia is a great host , responded our questions quickly, very friendly and left lots of things to eat, drink..Pythagorion is a very lovely town and the house is in a perfect location. In seconds you are in seaside where restaurants, cafes, bars and at the house and in small garden you are in a peaceful place. Apart from the house, we also loved the people of the island, very friendly and helpful. We lost our telephone and the anonymous hero found it and handed over to the police station. We would love to come back again..

The only difficult thing was to get home by car. The map showed the stairs as a road and we had a hard time getting home the first day. Tip: if the road on the seaside is open, you can enter from the agora restaurant and turn into the 2nd street on the left..

Lia is a great host! Very attentive and kind. The house is very clean and comfortable for a group of friends or family to stay. The house is in the center of the town yet very quiet at night. It is possible to find parking spot on the street for your small rental car if needed. But beware Google maps is not reliable and shows even pedestrian stairs as available routes for car. So do not depend on it to find your way to property 😅

The location was superb! Right in the heart of charming Pythagorio close to the waterfront, restaurants, and the grocery store yet very quiet and peaceful. The house is within easy walking distance of an excellent museum, lovely old church and 19th C tower, etc. Fascinating opportunities to connect with Greek culture over Easter weekend!

Some furnishings/decor would benefit from a refresh.
