Bonjour, J'aimerais faire une réclamation pour abus commercial d'une somme prélevée de 106 euros après ma réservation saisonnière.

- Le gîte a un emplacement assez central sur l'île ce qui facilite les déplacements lorsque l'on veut visiter. - Le gîte est tout équipé, nous sommes une famille de 4, restés 4 semaines en Guadeloupe, il était important que l'on puisse cuisiner lorsque nous en avions besoin. De plus le barbecue weber, mis à disposition nous a permis de profiter des produits de la mer langoustes, poissons. - le lave-vaisselle était un plus :) - gîte confortable, avec 2 vraies chambres, le salon, et l'extérieur nous laissait un espace de tranquillité et d'intimité. - les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et la piscine est très agréable avec autour des bains de soleil. - le parking extérieur est fermé ce qui est rassurant pour notre véhicule de location - Bons échanges avec Nicole et Bernard, les hôtes qui ont été réactifs à nos demandes. - Nous recommandons cet établissement, et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lorsque nous serons de retour à Gwada.

Le logement entier était très confortable, le stationnement facile et la piscine très agréable. L'accueil par Nicole était très sympathique. L'emplacement est idéal aussi pour profiter des plages à proximité et faire des excursions à la journée sur Grande Terre.

The ONCIDIUM studio is the worst accommodation unit in the whole complex. If we had been accommodated in another house, we would have been happier. It is a small studio, not a house with one separate bedroom. There is no wardrobe in the whole studio. There is only a 30 cm long rod and a few shelves in the bathroom. The bathroom is an unsuitable place for clothes, your clothes are constantly damp. There is no comfortable seating in the studio, only two plastic chairs. The sofa for two is placed outside on a very small terrace, but if you sit on it, you are looking at the hotel parking lot. You cannot sit there in the evening because the cars arriving in the dark shine directly into your eyes. In the afternoon, it is also impossible to use the terrace due to the direct sun. We had to take the table inside to eat on it. Attention! ONCIDIUM is a barrier-free studio, otherwise an adapted studio. Toilet height, low-placed mirror...etc.

A warm welcome from the responsive host Nicole started our stay in this holiday villa. Thoughtful touches meant we had everything we needed to use the place as a base for our exploration of the island. It was exceptionally clean and meticulously cared for. Quick YouTube tutorials helped us with using the European appliances. WiFi was strong and secure.

A place worth recommending in every aspect. Ultra clean, spacious, comfortable, peaceful, close to nature, exceptional hostess ... I would like to go back there!
