L’appartement se situe dans une résidence de vacances très agréable et bien situé. Il y a beaucoup d’équipements et les 2 sdb est un plus.

Les voyageurs précédents n’ont pas bien lavé la vaisselle et ça n’a pas été vérifié. Il faut laisser la vmc allumée dans la sdb principale sinon ça sent mauvais.

A beautiful, well equipped apartment in a peaceful location. We loved the terrace for sitting out for meals while the kids played on the lawn. Great facilities on site. We loved getting the train to the beach every day. We'll definitely be back for another family holiday.

Great location, loved the open plan living room and kitchen with terrace. The train to the beach was fun! The pool area is lovely. Having a local market was very convenient. Great food at restaurant

Not enough lighting on the outside stairs or by the outer door.

Fully equipped house. Has everything one needs during the stay. Close to Barril beach. Nice terrace with view to the gardens where kids can play. Is the 2nd time we stay there and we don t regret our choice. Friendly hosts.

We are 2 young Seniors travelling with our adult daughter. The location was amazing the beautiful expanse of the front lawn, the well manicured landscaping, and the clean smells of the ocean breeze. The kitchen was amazing! thoroughlyfully furnished with every necessity needed. it a joy to cook meals and the huge dining table on the exterior patio were wonderful for evening meals and watching the families, running around the front lawn, kicking soccer balls and having a wonderful time. The patio is a huge asset and we thoroughly enjoyed that aspect. It is very quiet at night once the families go to sleep. There are no noisy parties or music, which was a treat. The resort is very well managed and it is quiet for sleeping at night.

Misrepresentation : the tiny bedroom is a study and not a bedroom. there is only a partial wall and no door. This is misrepresentation and we would not have booked had we known there was no second bedroom The bathrooms are missing all the amenities Towel racks, hooks for clothing and Dangerous is that there are no ledges or caddies provided for soap and shampoo and face cloth in the showers . We had to use the floor to hold our soap, shampoo, etc. . downright dangerous for us as seniors. This oversight of not furnishing the bathroom properly with necessary amenities, made it dangerous for us as seniors. The rain shower in the en suite of the larger bedroom did not work. The water had no pressure so only the handheld shower worked. No shower caddy provided so the only place to put our soap and shampoo, etc. was on the floor. This was uncomfortable if not dangerous for us. The bed linen were clean and good quality, however, the Linens do not stay on the bed. In the smaller study/bedroom, the wall lights are out and the bedside table light is too big and interferes with the bedroom window being opened. It looks attractive, but it doesn’t function. The laundry machine door is very difficult to open. It door has fallen, so we only used it once and the Espresso maker machine mangles the coffee pods and often water ends up on the counter and not in the cup. We would definitely return to pass Del Rey, but not this particular unit. It is very attractively furnished, but iit is missing too many essential creature comfort amenities to make it comfortable stay.

A very well equipped house. You won t miss anything. The host is very friendly. The terrace and the green areas are great for little children to be outdoors all day. You need to walk a bit to get to the beach, but going in a little beach train makes the experience wonderful also for kids. Already booked our next stay there
