Both the house and the host (Jeanette) were exceptional. The house was spotlessly clean, and very well appointed. It is very well located within Wernigerode - literally a two. Minute walk to the shopping area. Jeanette was very helpful to us in providing advice and was a real pleasure to talk to and engage with. We loved it!

The stairs to the top floor were very steep! This would be a problem for people with more limited mobility, but I think it says that in the info anyway. However, it's a historic house (which we really liked) so that's bound to be the case, and the level of decor and refurbishment was to a very high standard.
