Lake Haven Cottage with Game Room, Swim Dock and Boat

Location to the water was about the only good thing

We get to the property the door locks aren't set up for us to gain access We get inside and it's hotter then hell so we try adjusting the thermostat. We had an engagement that evening so thinking it would cool off we decided to leave our fur-child at the property. When we returned the building was even hotter and my baby was looking at me like she was gonna die. We get ahold of the property manager and they send someone to put a windows ac in. Next day an ac tech came out to fix the ac unit. We had a graduation to attend so again we left my fur-baby their. They let the tech inside with our property when we weren't their but we had no choice to agree to this. My furbaby and the property was infested with fleas which we had no choice to bring home and deal with here.

Enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend for a nice getaway!!!

No complaints, just a suggestion.Gameroom needs an update for the younger kiddos.. But the water and downtown take up most of the time anyway. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The location is terrible, the pictures are misleading to make you think you are right on the lake and you are up high where two old people have no way to get to the patio or down to the lake bayou.

The place is old but reasonably clean, the pillows on sofa have been shredded by possibly a pet and the strings are all over the place, the TV doesn’t work unless you use your home access codes to your accounts. The place has no value for the charge.

Beautiful place very comfortable and welcoming.

The thermostat kept changing back to around 72 and it stayed pretty warm but not too bad and anytime I turned it down it would just change back.
