Noise insulation is not great at the room below the master bedroom. Floor had squeaky sound

House was clean and had all the facilities available ie washer, dryer, bbq, outdoors, a/c. House had a modern feel due to recent renovations. Instruction booklet was well done and thorough

"Enjoyable stay in Tekapo."

The property was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck to have an evening meal and relax. The beds were comfortable, however the sheets needed adjusting to get them square on the bed. Both bathrooms were clean and well presented. The shower was excellent!

No bathroom downstairs where two of the bedrooms were located.

"Wonderful place and the Lake is enchanting"

I made pancakes for breakfast. Place was lovely. 2 bedrooms are downstairs with no toilet but other than that it was lovely with great views and peaceful for stargazing at night.

No stair gate was provided for out toddler which meant we had a hard time keeping her under control.
