TIMON II, Luxury 3 bedroom Beachside Apartment

Location was brilliant. Walking distance to everything. Pool area was small but perfect for us as it wasn’t too busy and was very relaxing. Host provided us with fold out chairs and beach towels to bring to pool/beach. Very safe as a key fob is needed to access. Apartment was very comfortable and had lots of room. Really a home away from home. Our host Lisa was amazing so friendly and available if we needed anything at all. Absolutely would stay here again.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay in this apartment and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the local area while also enjoying a peaceful and quiet place to come back to each day. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the amenities were exactly as described. Communication with the host Lisa was outstanding throughout our stay. Shes friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we felt genuinely welcomed. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the care that had clearly gone into creating such a wonderful space for guests. After seven nights, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located place to stay. Thank you for a memorable week—we hope to return in the future!

Staying in this apartment in Benalmádena was an absolute pleasure. The place has a fantastic, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. It was spotlessly clean and fresh, which was extremely important to me as I am traveling with a small child. ​The location is amazing – super close to the beach, which makes daily trips so much easier. Another huge bonus is the wonderful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during the day. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. ​The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, and communication was flawless from day one. We felt 100% comfortable here. I highly recommend this place to everyone – we will definitely come back!

Everything. Don’t look elsewhere . Absolutely brilliant for our family group with baby ( 7 adults and baby ) . Perfectly situated . Very well equipped with everything you would need and more . Very clean . Washing machine a godsend . Ideal for shops and restaurants, buses , trains . Lisa perfect host , provided high chair and cot which were immaculate. Nice touch to leave us wine and beer for arrival . Thankyou so much .

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect — just steps from the sea, with a convenient shop nearby and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and ice cream places within walking distance. The surrounding area is clean, safe, and very pleasant. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and very clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s especially great for families with children — there is a baby chair and a baby cot, and plenty of space for kids and toddlers to play and move around freely. We also really appreciated the air conditioning, which allows you to both cool down and warm up the space when needed. The private, enclosed courtyard outside is a big bonus, especially with children, and the two balconies add even more comfort and charm. Overall, everything is very convenient and thoughtfully arranged. We truly recommend this place — only the best impressions!

The apartment was a really modern, homley and spacious with decent sized bedrooms & the extra en-suite bathroom was really good to have. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and much more. We had deck chairs for the beach/pool and if we chose to cook and eat in, the kitchen had absolutely everything. The location was amazing, with a huge supermarket close by as well as one that opened on Sunday's. There were lots of lovely restaurants opposite so we didn't need to walk far to eat out. The beach was very close and we were within walking distance to the Marina, Train Station (which was very cheap and easy to get to Malaga & Fuengirola) and Paloma Park which was amazing for the kids & great to visit when the weather wasn't as hot. The hosts were fantastic and Sean gave us loads of information during our stay. We celebrated Halloween Spanish Style which was brilliant as the kids thought they were missing out by being away & we got to see how the locals spent it! Our flight times weren't great but they were really flexible with the check in/out times and this helped massively. especially being with elderley parents and children. The airport transfer wasn't far and I booked it via Booking.com which worked out really reasonable. We had a great time and the apartment was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

I honestly can say that there wasn't anything that we disliked. We really enjoyed our holiday and would love to go back some time. Even with the clouds and stormy weather at the beginning of the holiday, it didn't spoil it for us, we just went out exploring as there was lots to do in the area.

Excellent location & helpful host, everything you need for a family holiday

This was a fabulous apartment, very spacious with everything we needed for our 10 night stay. The property is very secure and located a stones throw from the beach and shops. Will definitely stay again. A shout out to Lisa who is one of the best hosts we've ever met.
