van was very clean and comfortable. Great communication from owner. Fab hot tub. It was decorated for Halloween which was a lovely touch.

The caravan was very modern,had everything in that you need for your break away. the hot tub was set up on arrival and very clean and any questions I had was answered promptly.The bed in the en suite was probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in in a caravan if it wasn't for the noise of the jets I would definitely book again

The noise from the jets were very loud but obviously can't be helped and no fault of the owners , my elderly mum dropped her hearing aid on the bedroom floor, I had to find it and you could see that the carpet hadn't been hoovered recently , it's quite far away from the entrance and arriving at security we told them kestrel court but in fact it is kestrel close.
