Shannonside - Stylish 5 Bed Marina home & 40ft mooring

We had a fantastic stay at Shannonside to celebrate my 60th with my family. Great location by the river Shannon and short walk into Termonbarry to watch the boats through the locks and go kayaking on the river. Great facilities in the house, comfortable beds, great kitchen. David was a perfect host making sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return.

Super friendly host David was there to meet us and give us a tour .spotless , tastefully decorated and well stocked this property offers a spacious weekend getaway to its guests.

David was a great host and his house perfect for the 6 of us. He kindly left bread, milk, butter, tea & coffee for us and always communicated promptly and helpfully.

Beautiful house, a home away from home... So comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The owner was super helpful with lovely extra touches like bread, milk & butter. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you David.

I stayed in Shannonside for a week with my family, including my elderly father. The host, David, met us on arrival and gave us a fantastic welcome. The house - which we had all to ourselves - of the facilities exceeded our expectations and offered us a base for trips to see family and out to Galway. If the house was a hotel it would deserve a six-star rating.

The front door lock was very difficult to use. Either the lock or the key are in need of replacement.

Beautiful property with all you need and more eg bread butter milk and also with lovely views. Great communication. Would highly recommend.

Large house suitable for families or groups. Host was very helpful and met us at the house on arrival. An issue with heating was resolved very quickly. Very enjoyable stay
