The host was very friendly and helpful. Car parking in a secure garage, which is tight, but you can park on the road instead. Amazing views and peaceful setting. Very comfy bed, duvet, and pillows. The village is very sweet to walk around. The lighting of the property was nice. Spacious and nicely designed. Good communication. Kitchen is well equipped with crockery etc.

TV would have been nice. There were only two wine glasses that were different sizes. Having to pay for heating per night (this was wavier for us but principle). Also, there is no control over the heating. The bathroom didn't close properly. The shower takes a long time to heat up. Blankets in wardrobe smelt of dog. No oven and worktop oven didn't work very well. No electric kettle and stove kettle was very slow to boil. (20 minutes) There were only 2 coffee pots for the coffee machine.

Maurizio was excellent host. Location of the apartment is everything you want from Tuscany. Highly reccomended.
