Liked that there were all the appliances and kitchen necessities for making food and braaing. The dishwasher and dishwasher tablets supplied made cleaning up hassel free. It felt like home. Another plus was the close proximity to the beach.

The steep stairs to the 3rd bedroom and having to go outside to access it. It was not unbearable but a minor inconvenience. It was fine since we loved spending time on the attached balcony.

The comfort of having all the facilities...it was like being at home. Very clean . Will definately visit again.

Only 3 teaspoons for house of 6. House leaks everywhere, it became too dangerous to use wall plugs and extension plugs as it was full of water. Renovations underway on the house and should not have been made available for bookings. Stairs to outlook point is not up to standard and pose risk of injury to guests

The location was absolutely fantastic. Everything I needed was either in the house or a short walk to the shops. Whatever I couldn't find in Paternoster was a short drive to Vredenburg away. The equipment was classy, and we felt like living at a rich uncle's house. We loved that we could walk barefoot to the beach for a quick morning swim and get back within a span of 15 minutes. We loved the outside shower to wash off any sand before going into the house. We also appreciated the privacy of our braai area and that security was a consideration for the owner. The community was extremely friendly.

1) It seemed as if we were bothering the person that handed over the keys and gave us a tour through the house. 2) The seafood sellers that roamed the streets. They were pretty persistent when we didn't want their products, which was a bit irritating. 3) Maybe a good thing, but we couldn't access our garage from the outside so that we can park our car first and then unload our groceries without attracting hawkers. 4) There wasn't a TV in the bedroom. 5) Although we budgeted for everything to be a bit more expensive than what we're used to, the town felt like they were out to score from charging tourist prises while we're also South Africans which are only foreign to the town, and this was after the Easter weekend rush. We're not that keen on the idea of openly capitalizing on tourists as it makes us feel like cash cows.

Comfortable house with great views from upstairs and close to be beach

2nd room with double bed is outside and up very steep stairs which is tricky in the rain. Plumbing needs work in that room and shower door leaks. Shortage on tea spoons and cutlery. 2nd in door fire place apparently leaks which we weren't told about so when we lit it the house smoked out and we had to climb the roof in the rain to find it closed with plastic. When I gave feedback to Glenn he got defensive and didn't like the feedback

Es war einfach perfekt für uns 6, wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus Pondok. Glenn war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten ein tolles Braii machen, schön frühstücken, es einfach einfach perfekt!
