"The property is as described."

Everything was exactly as described. The house is in a good location on the island with easy access to everything. The property is clean tidy as is the home. All the features of a modern home that one would expect. I wish I had time to figure out how the pizza oven works. Parking was easy.

Nothing of significance to report. Instructions on how to operate the TV / DVD player could be better but that is very minor.

A casa estava extremamente limpa. Tinha tudo o que era necessário para cozinhar, caso necessitasse. Uma vista linda, num sitio bastante calmo, mas p erto de tudo. A casa é muito confortavel e acolhedora.

Não conseguimos fazer fogueira, mas por falta de experiencia nossa. Talvez deixar algumas instruções possa ajudar quem não estiver habituado a salamandra. Não quisemos incomodar o proprietario, portanto não é um ponto negativo.

"This property was the perfect spot ,"

We loved having the whole property to ourselves. Easy parking ! We enjoyed the outdoor yard as the weather was beautiful while we were there , for the most part .The house is spacious and well appointed clean and modern in a lovely town, minutes to Angra .

It is comfrotable, stylish, well-engineered. The whole house is at your disposal. You get plenty of space for the family or a group of 4...6 persons. Rural area, calmness, proximity to everything, seaview. Very good option for the traveller with the car. Still OK for those who doesn't have the hired car as the bus stop is close. I would like to stay here again.
