Accommodate was not great

Even though my stay was confirmed in the app, my stay was denied by the owner. He gave the property to another client while my booking was still legit. What is in it to like??

It's been a very nice stay. I am happy.

Liked the ambience, place was average.

Visited 3 days ago. It's an old villa, lots of wear and tear , kitchen is useless with rusted knives and no useful utensils to cook and operate, it had a wierd smell all over the villa , maybe it needed some sun light in or some work with air conditioning., host needs to work on his attitude and language. The caretaker asked me to pay the full booking amount before even I entered the house as if we were not going to pay. There should be some level of integrity to be shown. The manager Benny seemed like a nice guy initially but gave rude response when complained about the kitchen and offered us to leave the place at 10 pm when I was with family and kids. Called it a ''headache " when I complained about the kitchen and broken lights etc. there are warning signs everywhere in the property Which was annoying to see . It's understood that guests have to pay if they damage the property, don't need to display it within the living area and ruin the experience of guests. Charges extra for water bottles , to use washing machine 350rs. Wasn't a great experience. Would not recommend this place.

Near and clean 2 bhk house. Best fit for family and party freaks. Enjoyed staying in the house.
