Instructions were clear and lockbox was easy to find and clear instructions for alarm as well. All super easy. The beds are really comfortable. Obviously notice had been taken from last feedback as there was a good supply of tea this time.

"Great relaxing, home away from home"

The beds were super comfortable and it had everything we could need. Great that everything was on one level as I was travelling with my elderly mother. Felt like a home away from home. There was even an oven to make christmas mince pies to contribute to christmas dinner

There was no black tea !! After arriving late due to travel issues all we wanted was a cup of tea but there was none :(. Hot chocolate, coffee, green tea but no actual black tea
