A centrally located, spacious home within walking distance to restaurants and cafés – absolutely perfect for families and couples. The host, Greta, is very attentive and helpful with everything. If I were to come again, I would definitely stay in the same house.

"Highly recommended"

Best location, 5 min walk to the centre with all bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to the beach. Or 15-30 minute to other beaches around San Teodoro. Property is big enough for 4 adults. At a push 5. (Properties In Sardinia are all similar sized)

"Perfect Vacation"

On our first day the host had an unforeseeing about an overbooking at the villa. She booked for us another place nearby. It was not a great night but i recognize the host Greta did everything she could to help and solve the problem. On next day we checked in at the villa and it was amazing. Everything very clean, Greta sent me a list of things to do, places to go and restaurants to try. She was always there when i needed, including 1am when we had a problem on first night she was avaiable to help and super kind. For sure on next time in sardinia i am staying again. I work with hospitaity also and I am happy when I see places which honor the real service and spirit of hospitality and management. Even with the overbooking and everything, I give 5 starts and stronglyrecommend :)
