Wow, what a stay. The property is immaculate, very clean and excellent services inside. The property is done to an excellent standard and the social spaces are great. There are 3 toilets in the 3 bed property which is really convenient. Jo was an incredibly attentive owner and even let us check out late which was a lovely gesture! Highly recommend and will be returning when we visit Scarborough again!!

Parking wasnt the easiest with the limited size of drive and no on road parking available (you need a local permit to park on the road but one wasnt available despite the property instructions advising one would be). Vehicle used was a MG SUV.

The location of the property is brilliant. Only about 10 minutes walk from the beach and crazy golf and about 20 minutes walk from town. The One Stop down the road was very handy! The Welcome basket was amazing too.

Very comfy and clean property with great decor. Perfect location for getting to the beach. Superb hosts who ensured are stay went nice and smooth. The welcome tray was a lovely extra touch.

The property is beautiful, really modern and is perfectly situated. We didn’t want for nothing and Jo is lovely and super helpful.

Only gripe is how many cobwebs and spiders there are. The corners of the bathroom and bedrooms all had at least 2/3 haha.
