Mountain Seclusion

The house was a great layout for our family. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to Dollywood. We enjoyed the hot tub and projector screen as well.

The house was a little dark, especially the shower area upstairs.

The property was fine

They supposed to reimburse me for the first night because host didn’t show up to let us in

Was secluded as described road to property was a little challenging But loved the privacy and location nobody near by to disturb you

Could have been cleaner but we did great

We loved how secluded it was. It was close enough to everything but we were still away from all the noise and people. We spent hours sitting on the deck. It was great! Enjoyed the theater one night. The home was clean and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

I don’t have much to complain about. The shower water pressure wasn’t great but that’s to be expected with the location. The upstairs bed had a dip in it but it was still comfortable. I didn’t receive check out instructions so I did my best. If you don’t like mountain driving, it’s best to get there before it’s dark. Overall, a great place!

We loved the location. Even though it is advertised as mountain views but all you see from the deck is trees it was still a great location.

The cabin was not clean, upon arrival we found dead bugs along the baseboards, hair on the upstairs shower wall, going down stairs you could see under the upstairs couch and it was disgusting, I scrubbed the coffee table myself because it was sticky, and every pan we pulled out of the cabinet was filthy and we had to was before using it. The upstairs bed mattress is broken and has a huge dip in it, needless to say it is very hard to sleep in that bed. There was a broken board on the pool table hangin off of it. There were a bunch of cigarette butts in the gravel driveway when we arrived, I picked up most of them so my granddaughter wasnt around them. The hot tub was gross, we contacted the owner and she sent out the cleaners on Monday, my son in law who has a hot tub him self tried to explain to them it needed a new filter all they were going to do was siphon some water out and put in shock it. He told them it needed cleaned and a new filter. The female cleaner argued with him a bit til her husband told her to hush that my son in law was correct. They said the filter would be in the next day (Tuesday) and if it was ok they would be back then to clean it. They did not come back until Thursday later in the day, we left Saturday morning, so NO WE DID NOT GET TO USE IT. The cleaning crew needs to be restrained on cleaning and reporting problems to the owner. We paid almost $1500 for the week and had to clean the place to stay comfortably or use anything and never got to use the hot tub. Not worth it at all!!!

We absolutely loved the cabin! Wonderful space. Wonderful location. We truly loved everything about it.

The only things that were off for us... There was a wad of hair in the upper shower. But I believe it's due to not being able to really see. We also didn't like that we had to wait for the code. Although it wasn't a long wait. We would have preferred to have been ready to get into the cabin when we got there. Overall loved the stay! We would love to come back!

Loved the location, new appliances, new TV's, new hot tub all since our last stay.

There are a few things that need fixed. The pool table is coming apart. The king size mattress upstairs needs replaced. There is a huge dip in the mattress, but it was too cold to sleep downstairs. We ended up taking turns sleeping on the couch upstairs. You have one working pool cube. The host was very helpful.
