Loved the location of the property. Cabin was laid out perfectly for private and family spaces.

The fireplace quit working on our first morning and that was very disappointing since it was on the woods and was 25 degrees in the morning… I booked bc of the fireplace and hot tub. I would have at least expected the offer of a credit for this issue. The floor squeaked from the LR to the kitchen sink. It was so loud that the family sleeping downstairs was awakened from it. Could not hear the TV if someone walked across the floor. There was no way to properly play pool because there is no space. Owners are aware of the issue bc notes are posted to no attempt to move pool table. Remove the pool table and put in air hockey that doesn’t require the space.

everthing good but...

house didnt have good intermet kids could not watch theyre stuff weak internet or bad internet whatever u can call it and the water in bathrooms had bad small u could not take a shower from the smell of water had to leave the house without shower

The location was absolutely beautiful. Stunning mountain views and seclusion but only 20 minutes from all the fun and attractions. The cabin was immaculate. Not even a speck of dust to be spotted. Nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. 10 out of 10 would definitely rebook.

The hot tub although definitely usable should have been cleaner.

I loved it being away from everything

The hot tub had slimy mold in it. You could smell it. I don’t think it has been draining and cleaned. Other than that, we loved it

The place was spacious, clean and perfect for our family.

It’s a minor issue but the theater room sound system has a short in the wire so that the sound frequently went out while watching movies.

The seclusion

We had to clean the kitchen counters because they were sticky, the drawer in the bottom of the oven had food in it, the ice tray in the freezer was cracked, we had to wash any pans or pots that we used before we used them, the one, and only sponge at the kitchen sink was black from being dirty, and there were spiderwebs all along the walls where they meet the ceiling

family friendly. the theatre room was a big hit!

the only complaint i have isn’t even really a complaint, just to suggest putting a gate of some sort at the top of the stairs.
