Squirrels in the attic the first night. Called customer service the next morning, and the serviceman came out and got rid of the squirrels

Everything about this place was fantastic! Great location, great entertainment within the house. Clean, early access given for check in.

The main reason I decided on this cabin was so me and my girlfriend could enjoy the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we got there and it was not listed on the website, even though I booked the same day.

Beautiful place

Alarm went off in late one night, no one to help shut it off but we figured it out. Master bath toilet wouldn't flush.

We loved that we got to see a bear! We also liked that when we had an issue, the staff was right there to fix the problem!

This cabin was very cozy for our family. it was clean and very nice! The only thing it needs are coat and towel racks/holders but that wasn’t a big deal. The game room was a huge plus for the family and we loved the movie room. It had an awesome sound. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and would love to come again sometime.
