"The perfect pre-Christmas vacation location!"

Loved everything about this location! The owner was super nice and quick to respond to any questions. Beds were comfy! Plenty of room for our family of 4! The Lynx and the fish were just a super fun addition! My favorite part was hanging out on the comfortable patio with an amazing Mountain View! We will be back!

"Super comfortable beds throughout"

What a neat place! Comfortable, cozy, welcoming, convenient. The beds and pillows were GREAT, even the bunk bed. The couch was comfy, the TV was oversized, there were like 1k movies, a PS, a Wii, and great tech support. Intimidating but amazing master shower with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast and snacks were provided. Parking allows for two easily and three in a squeeze. Nice outside area. Highly recommend as a perfect place to stay!

We liked it all. Don't book this if you are looking for a cabin in the mountains. Book this if you are looking for a super comfortable, convenient, clean place to stay that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. It's really great.

"Peaceful stay"

This property was big enough for my group of 5. Pet friendly, offered a breakfast package. It was far enough away from the chaos of town but close enough to get there in 15-20 minutes when needed. My kids were too old for the toys, but j think it’s cool that there are toys for little to play with, my kids did enjoy the board games. Play station, Wii, tons of dvds to choose from, wifi, Netflix, Hulu, and espn were available. I wish I had found this place sooner, we come to the smokies at least once a year, some times more. This place was far better than any hotel. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely look for availability for this property for our future trips.

It was very clean and well taken care of. Loved the fenced in area for the dogs.

I didn’t like The PS4 television set up. It’s hard to navigate for us old folks. Lol. But I finally found the Georgia Bulldogs football game and got to watch them beat Texas so all was good!!
