"Excellent property for our family’s annual Christmas trip!"

The property is clean and well appointed! Also the host Forest is easily accessible and is great about checking to make sure it’s the best stay possible.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about this property! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Very quiet and feels just like our home for the week and very clean and everything we forget was provided right down to the tooth brush!!

There was stuff to make a Continental breakfast !! And he had Christmas lights up very beautiful and festive a cute Christmas tree in the house was a beautiful surprise. The beds extremely comfortable! Was definitely a amazing most stay place

"Amazing host and views."

The entire stay was wonderful. You literally only needed your toothbrush and clothes. Host was responsive and engaging. The views are amazing. Would 100% book this property again.

Instructions on the shower in the master bath would be good for those of us that are not tech savvy. lol

"Great place . I would stay again."

Our entire group could be together. It was something different than staying in a hotel. Liked the views and quietness.

Parking was tight for two cars and had to park both sideways and only drive one car. The other two bedrooms did not accommodate a couple sleeping together.

"Beyond exceptional perks and living style."

There were sooo many added touches that make this place so special- seriously too numerous to list them all; besides having EVERYTHING you would expect to have in your own functional home! The owner was accommodating and extremely friendly and the location was just out of the way enough to be away from the city hustle, yet still within short/reasonable distance to everything you could want to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, rivers, zip lines, fishing…etc. the linens were exceptional and the mattresses were comfy.

"Every thing I had hope for❤️"

I like that when I got there, it smelled so good and it was so clean. It was really comfortable. I felt like I was at home everything I need it was there. I love the fish tank.  Forest made us feel right at home. I would most definitely stay again and recommend  this property. My dogs had fun in the  fenced in yard.
