Hospitality of the host, cleanliness, mesh to block the entering of insects, treehouse, swing, kitchen setup including all the equipment, food provided, sufficient amount of beds, A/C, furniture inside the room, well-maintained garden, very calm surroundings

Peaceful surroundings, Supportive Caretaker, Clean house, Comfortable beds and well equipped.

Location was not the easiest to find but we could get in touch with the caretaker who guided us to the location.

The house and garden is kept clean by Gunadasa. His milk rice and lunu miris was yummy but don’t expect him to cook anything else

Our 1st night we had a pest cut through the window net and eat half a banana and make holes in the sugar packet. I thought it was a squirrel but later confirmed it was a rat as it had some droppings near the window. Also please be mindful of the wifi. It doesn’t state here but you only get 10GB. I honestly expected something better when I booked this as my friend recommended it but unfortunately wasn’t up to my taste

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation at Anuradhapura.

Nothing. Location bit difficult and far from the city.

Location was superb. House was exceeding the expectation. Very comfortable and facilitiees are exceptional. Value for Money is exceptional.

It is better if the road to the house is mentioned clearly. perhaps with a googls map image showing the correct road to follow.
